Business Analysts

Business Analysts provide critical business analysis, market insights and strategic planning for our operating divisions, and are given the opportunity to work on a broad range of business initiatives and workflows before being placed in a long-term position where they can use the skills they have acquired. Successful candidates will be responsible for working with senior management on project goals and definitions; evaluating and reviewing business problems and opportunities summarizing and explaining relevant findings; reviewing financial and operational data; modeling revenue and cost structures; identifying business strengths and weaknesses; defining data models and completing statistical analyses. Business Analysts must prioritize effectively, managing numerous tasks and responsibilities on a time-sensitive basis. Individuals who are resourceful and energetic with a competitive nature that demands excellence will find this position challenging and rewarding.

Customer Support Specialists

Our Customer Support Specialists maintain and expand relationships with clients across the country, providing them with ongoing support for our web-based products. Customer Support Specialists develop an intimate understanding of our clients’ needs in order to anticipate concerns and provide solutions.

National Account Executives

We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated advertising sales executive with proven sales record. Applicants that are well connected in the oncology pharmaceutical industry and appropriate advertising agencies are preferred. This position will market our industry-leading products to clients across the country, cultivating strong personal relationships with pharmaceutical industry clients and oncology advocacy groups throughout North America. Location optional.

Seasonal Fulfillment Specialists
We are seeking deadline-driven, collaborative team members with a high attention to detail to join our Fulfillment Department as seasonal Fulfillment Specialists. Our Fulfillment Specialists work in a fast-paced, advanced-technology production environment and are responsible for the finishing and binding of high-value, variable-content print publications. Successful candidates must be able to deliver quality, detailed work with accuracy and efficiency even under tight production deadlines.

We have multiple seasonal positions available for our first and second shifts. We will start work as early as October 14, 2019 and end in late December.

Software Developers – ColdFusion & React/JavaScript
Software Developers play a key role in the design, programming, testing, and implementation of our innovative software-based publishing solutions. Working closely with our product-development and process-design teams, Software Developers build sophisticated, scalable web-based applications which produce digital and printed products. Given their central importance to the design process, Software Developers must be imaginative, resourceful and highly analytical, with a passion for understanding and integrating the many dimensions of our industry-specific content platforms. Because our culture emphasizes individual initiative and performance, self-directed candidates who take pride in their skills and productivity will thrive in this position.

Systems Administrators
Systems Administrators play an integral role in maintaining stable, high-availability production and development environments. This position centers on effectively serving the nationwide user base of our unique publishing systems. Like all our technical specialists, Systems Administrators work in a fast-paced, advanced-technology environment, prioritize effectively and manage numerous tasks. Successful candidates will be able to think analytically, plan and execute routine tasks, respond to unexpected issues and technical requirements, and work effectively with colleagues, developers and senior executives. In addition to assisting employees and customers, System Administrators also ensure the confidentiality of our customers’ data and protected health information.
