Intensive Care Nurse Manager - must have current ICU management experience

Description
The Manager has 24-hour accountability, authority and responsibility for quality of services, operational management, and human resource management for an assigned environment(s). The Manager fosters the integration of the organization s vision and values, and accomplishes the mission and strategic plan through an accountable work team. As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the Manager collaborates with patients/customers, families, physicians, administration and associates to meet customer needs and expectations in a patient focused and healing environment. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years leadership experience preferred.

Experienced Critical Care manager with excellent leadership and customer satisfaction skills. Current ACLS required.

Administrative Director of Women’s & Children’s Services

Description:

The Administrative Director of Women's Services is responsible for the ongoing effective operation of multiple departments including: Perinatal Services, Maternal Diagnostic Services, Neonatal Services, Lactation Center, Women's Specialty Unit, Reproductive Medicine and Infertility, Parent Education, Center for Women's Health, Mammography, and Infant Development Center. The Administrative Director is responsible for development and implementation of organizational strategic initiatives, multimillion dollar capital and operational budgets, quality and safety standards, leadership and team development. Facilitating design and development of new Women's expansion project. Develops programs to create new revenue streams. Minimum 5 year position-related experience required, 5+ years preferred. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Kansas Registered Nurse license, BLS, required. National Certification preferred

Registered Nurse for Informatics Education Specialist - part-time

Description:

The IS Education Specialist provides educational content and demonstrations for orientation, new upgrades and user defined needs for Cerner, Microsoft products and other applications as assigned. He/She will work with users one on one to assist with other computer learning needs. Bachelor's degree required. Previous experience with teaching computer content preferred.
Requires Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas
