16 years experience as a full time Title Examiner doing the following:

Order Taking, Chaining, Title Examinations, Commitment Preparation, Policy Preparation, Some Processing and Management Skills also (I managed the company for 8 months while searching for another manager). I am familiar with Excel, Access, Ramquest, AIM and Genesis. Detail Oriented. Great at Multitasking.

I worked for 3 years in the Tax Sale Department of Wyandotte County and I believe that this experience can be of assistance with customers that have questions regarding the tax sales. I have been trained in Sureclose, although never had a chance to use it on a daily basis.

I believe that Customer Service is first and foremost (they pay our wages)!
