Executive Administrator

Provide high-level executive support to Chief Executive Officer/Founder and Vice-President of Service and Delivery of leading provider of web-based freight transportation management services with over $400 million in annual revenues.

Coordinate meetings and travel for executive and management staff.  Prepare meeting agendas and monitor all action items.  Manage phone, calendar, e-mail and appointment schedule for CEO.  Assist Human Resources and Service and Delivery department with reporting analysis.  Effectively collaborate with internal and external clients and personnel to accomplish goals.  

Organized purchases of two investment properties in a two week time span.  This included selecting broker and coordinating paperwork and information gathering and sharing between broker, insurance companies, title companies and condominium realtors.
