Business Analyst (2004-2008)
Developed cost effective, high efficient, end to end, simplified
process for VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) Cable Order Management.
Member of Cable Order Management team tasked with developing a
nationwide One Stop Shop for telecommunications orders. This
information was housed on a shared network drive which allowed
provisioning staff to access procedures to efficiently and accurately
process orders.
Certification team member who partnered with key internal and
external stakeholder teams to complete preliminary testing, process
documentation and service level agreements for new Telecom vendors.
This included developing order templates for provisioning staff to use
and efficiently process orders.
Key member of team championed with developing over 50 methods and
procedures for new Telecom vendors, enabling orders to be processed
accurately and within established time frames.
Implemented new escalation process for provisioning team members.
This resulted in timely problem submission and resolution of issues for

employees.
Developed circuit inventory process and documentation. Enabled Access
Verification Department and the provisioning staff to follow correct
steps for accurate circuit disconnect and access cost recovery. This
resulted in the closure of 242 offices throughout the United States,
with annualized savings of over $39 Million.
Significantly reduced access charges by $60k per month by continually
monitoring and analyzing circuit inventory and disconnecting inactive

Project managed and implemented all frame relay, voice and data
