SUMMARY: Manages the personnel and the environment to ensure efficient cost effective, quality patient care.

EDUCATION: Graduate from an accredited program of Nursing; BSN; MSN or MBA preferred.

LICENSURE: R.N. Missouri

EXPERIENCE: 3 years Nursing experience required; 1 year in specialty preferred; 3-5 years of management experience required.

 CERTIFICATIONS: BCLS; Specialty certification in clinical areas preferred.

OTHER: Basic computer skills.

MUST HAVE CURRENT OR RECENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE OF 3-5 YEARS IN A HOSPITAL SETTING

Medical Technologist

SUMMARY: Under the supervision of a clinical supervisor, provides laboratory services by performing laboratory testing of any level (high, moderate or low complexity) as well as waived tests. Assumes responsibility for all stages of laboratory service (pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical) as well as instruction of laboratory medicine.

EDUCATION: BS in chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution.

CERTIFICATIONS: MT (ASCP) and/or CLS(NCA)

 SPECIAL SKILLS: Computer skills

OTHER: Excellent interpersonal skills

Occupational Therapist

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Manager and the Senior Occupational Therapist, provides quality occupational therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

LICENSURE: Licensed in the state of Missouri.

CERTIFICATIONS: NBCOT certification. Current BLS Cert.

 SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
