Bilingual Salesperson

Provide world class service to NFM customers. 
Achieve all sales targets and goals as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Process Orders Accurately and Efficiently.  

Attend all training classes as scheduled.  

Maintain an attractive and efficient work environment. 
Check voicemail and e-mail twice daily and return messages in a timely manner.  
Answer pages quickly and professionally.
Participate in the Quality process. 
Demonstrate teamwork at all times with all NFM work groups. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma/G.E.D.
• 1-2 years retail sales and/or customer service. Product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to key sales orders into the computer. Professional, neat, clean-cut appearance as defined by your division.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
• Ability to speak effectively.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. 

Salespeople are required to work both Saturday and Sunday and 1-2 evenings

Bilingual Customer Care Specialist

Receive and resolve customer problems via the telephone.

Provide assistance to customers both internal and external, assist in completing cancellations, checking status of merchandise, delivery times, account questions, set up deliveries, etc 
Complete computer entry, paper work, research and customer follow-up 
 

Qualifications: 

6 months of customer service experience that has included answering customer questions and concerns on a regular, one-to-one basis 
 Basic PC skills 
Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.

Alphanumeric skills of 4,000 net cph

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 
 Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Schedules will include a Saturday or Sunday and 1-2 evenings
