IPaC Analyst (Infection Prevention and Control Analyst)-Full time M-F 8:00-4:30

SUMMARY: Collect, analyze and report data related to nosocomial infections, assist the Infection Control Manager in the implementation of the Infection Prevention Program

Required Experience: Practical knowledge of epidemiology and basic infectious disease principles is also essential. The Infection Preventionist must also demonstrate and utilize a comprehensive understanding of the theory and principles of clinical infection prevention and control, and stay current on new evidence-based guidelines and major changes in the field. Previous infection prevention experience is preferred. The Infection Preventionist must also demonstrate the ability to interface collaboratively and effectively with physicians, administrators, nurses, other staff and students, representatives of regulatory bodies, consultants, and patients.

Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or certified ASCP Medical Technologist by the ASCP Certification Board; Infection Control Certification (CIC) within 2 years of employment

Preferred Education/Training: BSN; Medical Lab Technology

Preferred Experience: 4 years of experience in a hospital setting or equivalent required. Applicants must also have Word, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledge as well as excellent written, oral and presentation skills with active and respectful listening skills. 

Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS

Senior Director of Revenue Cycle- Full Time - M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM- Days- Associate's Degree

SUMMARY: Oversight of all projects, initiatives, and staff supporting the operational activities of the Revenue Cycle; consisting of the following departments: Revenue Cycle Operations, Patient Registration/Access, Patient Accounting, Health Information Management, and Clinical Coding.  Responsible for setting and achieving organization cash goals and managing the overall account receivables inventory; including account aging and days in A/R.  Proactively manages denials to an appropriate level; ensuring acceptable cash yield levels across all payors.  Oversee the development, implementation, maintenance and audit functions of the hospital's charge description master with the goals and attaining reimbursement accuracy.  Initiate projects with the operating departments that allow for review of the charge master, charging practices, pricing and compliance.  Manages to the cost goals/budget of all departments under his/her purview.

Required Education/Training: Bachelor degree in business, healthcare, or other related field

Required Experience: At least three (3) years’ experience in hospital revenue cycle activities; focusing on revenue improvement, cash goal attainment, and cost management

Preferred Education/Training: Master's degree in relevant field

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in managing projects or leading teams
