RN/LPN- Promotes residents’ well-being and satisfaction by supporting resident-centered care and developing and interpreting standards of care. Perform assessments and treatments; ensures safety and well being of residents and staff. Must be a Kansas Licensed RN or LPN ( IV certification required for LPN applicants) RN Neighborhood Coordinator- Provides leadership and participates in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the clinical and programming operations of the neighborhood to ensure regulatory compliance. Performs all nursing duties as needed. Must be a Kansas Licensed RN. Certified Nurse Aide- Provides medical and physical care to the residents of the care center to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level. Must be Catering Event Staff- Provide excellent service and hospitality at all schedule catering events. This includes proper set up, tear down, and service for each event. Must be 21 years of age or older to perform any alcohol related duties. Catering Assistant- Provide excellent service and hospitality at all scheduled catering events. This includes but is not limited to ensuring guest satisfaction, proper set up and tear down for each event, and supervises service staff. Must have 2 years of catering or restaurant experience. Must be 21 years of age or older to perform any alcohol related duties. After one full year of service (with 1000 hours or more), Lakeview will offer a company match of 100% for the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%. Holidays - Lakeview provides 6 (six) paid holidays per year. Those days include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Paid Time Off (PTO) - Full-time employees will begin to accrue PTO effective immediately. Employees will be able to use their accrued PTO after 6 (six) months of full-time service. Lakeview offers each part-time employee the following benefits: Holidays - Part-time employees are paid 1 1/2 times their salary when they work on one of the 6 (six) Lakeview holidays. Those days include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Paid Time Off (PTO) - Part-time employees will begin to accrue PTO effective immediately. Employees will be able to use their accrued PTO after 6 (six) months of part-time service. In addition to these specific benefits, Lakeview offers a variety of other additional benefits. Those additional benefits include: (Our benefits package is available to full-time employees who are scheduled to work 64 hours or more every two weeks.
