Clinical Nurse – Medicine Telemetry

We currently have an opening for a Clinical Nurse I on our Medicine Telemetry area.
Responsibilities:
* Performs comprehensive patient assessment based on data gathered.
* Documents care and patient outcomes.
* Interacts in a courteous, professional manner with evidence of conflict resolution skills.
* Collaborates with other disciplines about patient care activities/procedures to maximize patient-centered efficient care.
* Accommodates cultural practices, maturational level, and individual preferences as much as possible in providing patient care.
* Articulates and implements all aspects of the general safety/falls prevention strategies in patient care.
* Actively questions which resources are needed to achieve quality patient care outcomes
Requirements:
* Kansas Registered Nurse license or eligible.
* A minimum of 6 months nursing experience is required.
* Must have an American Heart Association basic life support (BLS) or an American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
* Other certifications may be required depending on nursing unit.

Nurse Manager – Cancer Center

We currently have an opening for a Nurse Manager in our Cancer Center.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinates overall clinical functions in the center's exam clinics.
* Maintains adequate professional staffing for physician practices.
* Oversees procedure rooms and care provided by staff.
* Communicates with Cancer Center physicians and interdisciplinary staff, hospital departments, and the community.
* Involved with quality improvements associated with the department.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Master's degree is preferred.
* Current Kansas registered nurse license or eligible.
* 5 years experience in clinical oncology/hematology. Ambulatory care is desirable.
* Previous management experience.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Must have an American Heart Association basic life support (BLS) or an American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
* Oncology Nursing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
* Controls activities, schedules and calendars of assigned personnel.
* Coordinates gathering of information and preparation of materials necessary for various appointments, meetings, trips, etc.
* Assists with various organization and departmental activitiesand preparation of statistical reports as directed.
* Establishes and maintains files.
* Functions as department timekeeper.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED. Associate's degree is preferred.
* 3-5 years of executive secretarial experience.

We currently have an opening for a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Ensures project scope, quality, milestones, and schedules are being met for assigned application/technical area.
* Works collaboratively with users/stakeholders in assigned clinical or business area and analyzes user feedback and requirements for revisions, enhancements, and upgrades.
* Works closely with Clinical Analysts, IT Analysts, and other Business Analysts to maintain integration between all clinical and business systems.
* Serves as the liaison between end-users and ACIS vendor.
* Participates in entire implementation of system and develops into the system's subject matter expert for the assigned application or technical area.
* Coordinates ACIS project activities including system design, work flow redesign, data collection, and database management.
* Identifies immediate and future resources needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business operations or a clinical healthcare related field is required.
* 4 years experience in a health care related field plus 1 year business analysis may be substituted for a degree.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in business operations, financial registration, or related field in a healthcare organization of similar size and complexity.
* Previous experience (designer, trainer, or end-user) in clinical application information systems implementation cycle preferred.
* Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and computer skills.
* Current professional license required in nursing or ancillary area, if applicable.
