Job Title: Registered Nurse

Department: Surgery
Work Schedule: Days
Status: Full Time

Job Description:
The Surgical Registered Nurse is responsible to formulate and execute the nursing care for his/her patients to ensure that the patient receives the highest quality of care, that their safety is ensured according to the Policies and procedures, and to instigate and execute all other tasks as outlined under each competency. Must be able to scrub also.

Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, ASN preferred
Current Kansas RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate

Work Experience:
Minimum 6 months experience as an RN, OR experience preferred.
 

 

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Department: Radiology
Work Schedule: Days
Status: Full Time

Job Description:
The radiology RN will provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation). The radiology RN will collaborate with other members of the health care delivery team including physicians, to deliver quality health care. The radiology RN promotes teamwork, leads by example, resolves conflicts effectively, and coaches and trains staff in accordance with the acceptable standards and guidelines of the organization. The radiology RN must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred
Current Kansas RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
ACLS certificate within 6 months of hire date
PEARS within 1 year of hire

Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year in acute care/critical care setting. Two years Critical Care, ED or PACU experience preferred.


Job Title: Surgical Tech

Job Description:
Must possess skills to function a a team member by assessing the surgical needs of the patient. Provides quality-nursing care to the surgical patient under the direction of the Registered Nurse and Surgeon.

Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program and at least 6 months previous experience. CPR certification required.

Work Experience:
3-5 years HR experience/previous hospital experience preferred.

Current Kansas RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate

Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year in acute care/critical care setting. Two years Critical Care or PACU experience preferred.


Job Title: Physical Therapist

Department: Rehab Services
Work Schedule: Weekends (6-8 hours on Saturdays, 4-6 hours on Sunday, Flexible work hours)
Status: Part Time

Job Description:
Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patient?s functional deficits per physician order to establish a care of plan according to the hospital, state, professional and federal regulations. The therapist will create an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Master?s degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Current Kansas PT License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate

Work Experience:
Minimum of 6 months experience in an acute care setting
