Systems Analyst
3 years experience with Oracle EBS Applications

The Business Systems Analyst has primary responsibility for assisting users in solving their business problems by
developing solutions using systems, procedures and processes. At Gear for Sports, Business Systems Analysts are
assigned to a specific business area and support Oracle E-Business Suite modules in that area as well as custom
modules that interfaces with Oracle EBS. The Analyst should have both technical and functional expertise. They are
responsible for coordinating changes to the systems in their area, understanding and minimizing the impact of changes,
and managing the impact of their changes with systems in other business areas. Systems Analysts have responsibility
for translating user’s business needs and requirements into Business Designs that can be translated into Technical
Designs in preparation for development. They will have direct project management authority for the IS phases of projects
including Business Design, Technical Design, Development and Test (IT). The Business Systems Analyst has the
responsibility and indirect authority for working with users during the additional phases of Initiation and Feasibility, Test,
Implementation and Support.
Technical Analyst
Bachelors degree in Business or Technology related field or equivalent experience

The Technical Analyst has primary responsibility for translating user requirements as defined in a business design into
a technical design from which code can be created, and for performing Analyst Testing on the new code. Technical
analysts must have a working understanding of the development environment(s) and of existing functionality that new
development will be integrated with, have the ability to translate “English” definitions into technical specifications, and
have an understanding of the database including tables, processes, and triggers. The Technical Analyst will develop
code when required. The technical analyst has responsibility to ensure that programs developed from their
specifications are reliable, integrate with existing functionality, meet performance requirements, and meet defined
business requirements. The Technical Analyst also has responsibility for working directly with user departments to
resolve issues, and responsibility for working directly with Oracle (TARs) to resolve issues. The Technical Analyst
works directly with developers to ensure a solid work product and continued developer growth.
Technical Support Manager
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
· 8+ years of IT technical support/infrastructure experience
· Three years of IT management or supervisory experience
· Prior experience managing a help desk is highly desirable

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret
documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to add and
subtract. Basic computer skills needed. Required to stand 12 hours a day, walk, bend, reach with hands and arms,
pull and push press cover to 90 degrees. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, but may
occasionally be required to lift up to 40 pounds.
This position downloads art from the server to Kornit, Versa Cam and Sublimation equipment to be printed on paper
or printed onto the garments. Cuts paper for the sublimation equipment and operates large top and bottom heat press
machines to heat seal name or decorative designs onto garments.
