Production Sheet Processor
"High School Diploma or GED. To perform this job successfully,
an individual should have general knowledge of Macintosh and
PC computers as well as the ability to develop a general
knowledge of Oracle and the Art Master.
"Responsible for checking the accuracy of new screen print
graphics and updating/adding information to the Art Master in
Oracle. Insure all instructions were followed by the Graphic Artist
and make sure that the artwork, naming conventions, Jpegs and
color information is correct. Drops correct artwork from Art
Archive to Ready-for-Output for Graphic Services to color
separate the art. Entered information is used on Production
Sheets and viewed/utilized throughout the company and
elsewhere. Production sheets are used to communicate
information regarding a specific design to manufacturing, sales representative and other internal departments.
Graphic Artist
"The ideal candidate for this position must have strong organizational skills that allow them to manage a busy work load
and meet project deadlines consistently. Creative layout and design skills along with excellent attention to detail is
required. The candidate must also be able to interact in a positive and professional manner with co-workers in a team
oriented environment. A degree in Commercial/Graphic Design or 3 years of experience working as a graphic artist.
Must have a working knowledge of the Macintosh computer, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
"This position is responsible for creating custom graphics for screen printed sports apparel. The artist in this position
is responsible for creating high quality designs that are sensitive to aesthetics, while maintaining specific production
and efficiency goals. This position is centered around learning and retaining knowledge and developing an
understanding of basic screen-printing processes.
Graphic Services Temp
Must be at least 16 years old. Knowledge of Macintosh computers and graphic design software is preferred.
This position’s main function is to create screenprint RIP files (color separations) for the Direct to Screen process.
Other functions may include, outputting posters on large format printer and operation of the Color Copiers.
New Art Processor (2)

"This is a clerical position, the main job duties will include, but are not limited to: Help move art jobs within our Oracle
system, apply and remove order holds in Oracle, print color prints of art & match those color prints to their appropriate
work orders and match up art approval letters to work orders. This position will receive direction from the Production
Art Managers and they will assist the Art Support associates with various art clerical duties. The associate in this
position will use both a PC and a Macintosh computer.
Sr. Logistics & Customs Manager
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; Must have 8 years of experience in International and Domestic
(export/import) along with experience in customs brokerage/compliance and imports. To perform this job successfully,
an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
This position is responsible for the management of the Global Logistics and Customs operations necessary to maintain
a flexible, innovative and
regulatory compliant Supply Chain. The Logistics Sr. Manager manages operations related to the global movement of
products and services and engineer programs to meet the serviceability requirements of customer who are
increasingly demanding greater speed and flexibility at a competitive price.
Oracle Developer
Bachelors degree in Business or Technology related field or equivalent experience, 3 years development experience
and 2 years development experience in an Oracle E-Business Suite environment.
The developer has responsibility for translating technical designs into effective, reliable, and functional programs that
solve the problem as defined in the design. The development process is completed by using the standards, processes, development tools, and
methodology defined for Gear for Sports. Also has responsibility for supporting Systems and Technical Analysts in
maintaining products once in production. Differing levels of development expertise are expected depending upon a
developer’s experience as defined by their level – Senior Developer, Developer, and
Junior Developer.
Oracle Technical Analyst
Bachelors degree in Business or Technology related field or equivalent experience, 5 years development experience
and 3 years Oracle ERP Applications experience. The Technical Analyst has primary responsibility for translating
user requirements as defined in a business design into a technical design from which code can be created, and for
performing Analyst Testing on the new code. Technical analysts must have a working understanding of the development
environment(s) and of existing functionality that new development with be integrated with, have the ability to translate
“English” definitions into technical specifications, and have an understanding of the database including tables,
processes, and triggers. The Technical Analyst will develop code when required. The technical analyst has
responsibility to ensure that programs developed from their specifications are reliable, integrate with existing
functionality, meet performance requirements, and meet defined business requirements. The Technical Analyst also
has responsibility for working directly with user departments to resolve issues, and responsibility for working directly
with Oracle (TARs) to resolve issues. The Technical Analyst works directly with developers to ensure a solid work
product and continued developer growth.

occasionally throughout shift. Must be detail oriented and eager to
learn. Previous experience or similar machine operation experience is preferred, but not required. Regular attendance is required. The Printer is responsible
for set-up and operation of printing presses. Must ensure that art is
accurately transferred to garments. Will work as part of the production
team to get orders out on time. Must be able to efficiently print quality
products of: all garments style, all processes compatible to one press.
Printer-N1 5PM-5 AM
Required to stand, walk, stoop, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the
12 hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and 40 lbs
occasionally throughout shift. Must be detail oriented and eager to
learn. Previous experience or similar machine operation experience is preferred, but not required. Regular attendance is required. The Printer is responsible
for set-up and operation of printing presses. Must ensure that art is
accurately transferred to garments. Will work as part of the production
team to get orders out on time. Must be able to efficiently print quality products of: all garments style, all processes
compatible to one press.
Finisher - N2 (3) 5 PM-5AM
Must have the ability to read and follow detailed instructions. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 40 lbs
occasionally throughout shift. Required to stand, walk, stoop, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the 12 hour shift.
Regular attendance is required. Responsible for inspecting all printed garments, reporting errors, and packaging
finished garments. Will verify orders and pre-price tags, verify garment sizes as pre-price tags are attached. Assist with
scrap forms and move scrap to designated area. Help pack, weigh, and document orders.
Finisher - N1 (2) 5 PM-5AM
Must have the ability to read and follow detailed instructions. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 40 lbs
occasionally throughout shift. Required to stand, walk, stoop, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the 12 hour shift.
Regular attendance is required. Responsible for inspecting all printed garments, reporting errors, and packaging
finished garments. Will verify orders and pre-price tags, verify garment sizes as pre-price tags are attached. Assist with
scrap forms and move scrap to designated area. Help pack, weigh, and document orders.
Screen Room Tech 5PM-5AM
Must be able to work in a cool, wet environment. Requires standing for 12-hour shift and repeated lifting of up to 15 lbs.
Will be required to stand, walk, stoop, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the 12 hour shift. Must encourage and
demonstrate high level of safety. Regular attendance is required.
Responsible for the screen maintenance process including cleaning, reclaiming screens, and making new screens. Will
pull tape from screens; apply mineral spirits; scrub dehaze on screens, wash and dry screens. Will coat screens with
emulsion.
Runner-N2 5PM-5AM
Must be able to work well with others and have a sense of urgency, Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and 40 lbs
occasionally throughout shift. Required to stand, walk, stoop, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the 12 hour shift.
Regular attendance is required.
Responsible for ensuring the Screen Printer is able to work efficiently. Provides press operators with inks and other
supplies for the next run. Performs press tear-downs and set-ups and ensures the printing equipment is available and in
working order.
Production Printer Mon-Tues-WED. 5AM-5 PM
Required to stand, walk, stoop, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the 12 hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
regularly and 40 lbs occasionally throughout shift. Must be detail oriented and eager to learn. Previous experience or
similar machine operation experience is preferred, but not required. Regular attendance is required. The Printer is
responsible for set-up and operation of printing presses. Must ensure that art is accurately transferred to garments.
Will work as part of the production team to get orders out on time. Must be able to efficiently print quality products of: all
