DESCRIPTION 
Full Potential Solutions is recruiting Business to Business Sales Agents for our training classes this May. Join our pioneer team to support one of Americas' leading VOIP provider.

Have an opportunity to make $35,000 - $80,000 with uncapped sales bonus plan.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective small business customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through outbound cold calling.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Proven experience as tele-sales representative, telemarketer, inside sales and sales agents.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Proven business to business sales track record.
  • Ability to follow through on call flow.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year call center experience in a sales environment program; preferably outbound sales
  • Two (2) years inside sales or outbound sales experience;
  • Experience in doing business to business sales will be an advantage

As a retention advisor, you will be responsible to retain customers through identifying customer concerns and selling the value of client products and services. You will provide recommendations through needs-based selling, identify customer needs using questions, educate customers on the value, features and benefits of their services, and be able to ask for the sale.

The ideal candidate has the ability to establish positive rapport and handle all calls with good demeanor. A candidate who is able to communicate effectively, professionally, and apply a positive customer service attitude in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish positive rapport with current client customers through inbound telephone calls.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers requesting to disconnect, add or change their current services. Accurately compute and quote customer monthly charges, non-recurring charges, adjustments and balances. Must be able to provide flexible options to the customer based on product and service needs.
  • Retain customers through identifying customer concerns and selling the value of client products and services. Provide recommendations through needs based selling, identify customer needs using questions, educate customers on the value, features and benefits of their services, and be able to ask for the sale.
  • Identify, research and resolve customer concerns and or problems to maintain their business and a positive customer relationship.
  • Record electronic transactions and document each call as trained accurately while talking with customers over the phone.
  • Communicate effectively, professionally, and apply a positive customer service attitude in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
  • Adhere to client privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.
  • Maintain regular attendance as required by your position. Employees are required to work non-traditional business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to work anytime during the centers hours of operation (to include rotating shifts, and occasional overtime.)
  • Basic math skills, data entry skills and sales aptitude.
  • General understanding and experience with call centers/customer service, or sales.
  • Ability to use current computer equipment and programs being used.
  • Must have strong administrative, computer, organizational and detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor own work for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to deal with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently by presenting services to the customer for save and sales opportunities, and completing save/service order activity in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Requirements:

Enrollment Advisor Job Overview

Our Enrollment team is key to the success of FPS and our university partners. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will directly help students reach their full potential by helping them gain admission to a program that best matches their skills and aspirations. Join our Enrollment team to make a difference!

Recruiting qualified applicants for the top-tier programs we partner with requires a consultative approach, an ability to meet challenges head-on, and a passion for changing lives through high quality education. We are hiring Enrollment Advisors who will engage students for enrollment in a program from one of our top tier university partners.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collect inquiries from all outreach efforts and input daily/weekly. This position will have goals in relation to the number of inquiries for the recruitment period.
  • Meet monthly targets for application generation through territory management and attending assigned recruitment events as needed.
  • Conduct entrance interviews with all applicants.
  • Ensure timely review of student applicant files, transcripts, financial documents, etc. to admit applicants to the college/university. This position will have goals in relation to the number of admissions from the applicant pool for the recruitment period.
  • Building a strategy and schedule that will create and foster relationships with administrators and educators with their assigned school(s). This includes fostering, developing and nurturing new and existing contact within the assigned territory through research, in-person visits, appointments, phone calls and emails to attract and enroll students.
  • Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, school visits, emails and other materials to assist them with the application process daily. There will be specific seasonal commitments for outbound contact work.
  • The ability to be self-motivated while performing several different tasks.
  • Must be able to autonomously prioritize work to include research and detailed work in an organized manner.
  • Ability to effectively interface with the customers and utilize multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Highly flexible, creative, and able to adapt to new project demands.
