As the owner of a successful retail carpet chain in Des Moines
and marketing director of a large regional floor covering outlet,
Gordon Ricard has an extensive background in producing newspaper,
television and radio advertising campaigns.
His most recent endeavour, R&R Media, Inc, a mobile video production
studio, provides high quality production and customer service without
the high costs associated with larger operations. He is a founding
member & Treasurer of IPVA (Iowa Professional Videographers Assoc).

Russ Simmons is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area with an extensive
background in advertising sales. He also has had a hand in training thousands of
professionals and improving their overall quality of customer service.

Russ has been actively involved in the local arts community and writes weekly
film and theatre reviews for KC television, radio and print outlets. He is a recipient of the
2007 and 2008 National Entertainment Journalism Award.
